Refunds

Complaints

Chargebacks
Your chargeback claims will be processed as per the policies of the card issuing bank and payment gateway. The said policies may be accessed on each such party’s respective website, or on demand by approaching each such party’s customer service. You can initiate the chargeback claim process by raising the issue with the card issuing bank, by following the procedure of the said bank. We will endeavour to support the card issuing bank, acquiring bank and payment gateway to the best of our ability, to assess the issue and come to an accurate determination.
